A dark open-world action RPG set in a post-collapse cityscape. Led a 90-person cross-discipline studio through a 4-year production cycle — overseeing art direction, live-service pipeline architecture, and final ship across PC and console platforms.

ATLAS RISING
Brought in as consulting Studio Director to restructure a troubled mid-production team of 45. Rebuilt sprint cadence, consolidated art pipeline, and delivered gold master 3 months ahead of revised schedule.
SOVEREIGN PROTOCOL
Co-directed alongside lead designer on an 18-month production. Handled all external studio partnerships, platform certification pipelines, and QA infrastructure across three regions.

With over a decade leading game development studios, I specialise in turning creative vision into executable production reality. I've directed teams ranging from 20 to 140 people across action RPGs, live-service titles, and narrative games — working closely with publishers, platform holders, and external co-development partners.
My approach sits at the intersection of art direction and operational rigour. A great game is both a creative achievement and a logistical one.
Before moving into studio leadership, I came up through art direction and technical production — which means I can speak the language of every discipline in the room. I care about reducing friction, protecting creative scope, and building studios where people do their best work.
